Consultations
This is the first step in working together.
Initial visits with Dr. Haavaldsen are usually 90 minutes long and involve a comprehensive look at your health history.
You’ll have an opportunity to share your story and your health goals. Dr. Haavaldsen will perform any necessary physical exams and from here you will create a treatment plan together that is specific to your concerns and values. Follow-up consultations range from 15-60 minutes are intended for reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Consultations are available in-person and through secure telemedicine (when appropriate). Please note that a consultation is required before the initiation of any testing/treatment.
Lab Testing
Lab testing is an important part of getting to the root of what is happening. Dr. Haavaldsen offers extensive lab testing that includes bloodwork through your local lab, vitamin D testing, allergy testing, PAP tests and more. During consultations she will have a detailed conversation with you about what lab testing is recommended for you.
